"I felt really good. I was able to jog and probably got up to about 50 percent. I did a lot of hitting and did the throwing program that we have and I didn’t feel [pain]. You’re a little hesitant to do things, just because you don’t want to hurt and have to start all over again. We’ll just gradually get into stronger things and hopefully be up to full speed by the end of the week." – Vernon Wells
